Further testing and fine tuning of the original WGS pharmacogenomics pipeline was made by Branka Zukic and Sonja Pavlovic during their visit to UPAT for two weeks in July 2023.

They had meetings with dr George Patrinos and the UPAT team, and Advisory Board member Christina Mitropoulou regarding Project realization and follow up. They made arrangements for conducting the pharmacoeconomics study related to clinical pharmacogenetics testing application of TPMT pharmacogenetics marker in pediatric acute leukemia patients in Serbia. This additional action will not require changes of the Project budget. Also, the first phase of development of ePGA-WB assistant for WB was discussed.
